Bikes:
For all bike orders, estimated ship times from the warehouse can be found on their respective product page.
For in stock bikes, orders are typically pulled and prepped to ship from the warehouse within 2-3 business days of your order date Additional transit and delivery time will vary by destination. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order ships to help you track your order. Delivery times are dependent on local warehouse delivery appointment availability.
When placing your order, please provide a phone number where you can easily be reached as our shipping company will need to contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. Please reach out to the SUPER73 customer service team if you have any questions regarding the delivery process.
Address Changes:
We are not able to update the shipping or billing address on accessories, merchandise, or part orders once your order is confirmed.
All bike orders require a signature upon delivery. For this reason, you will be unable to submit an address change with the carrier. If you need to request an address change for a bike delivery, please contact our Customer Support team directly. Address changes to bike orders must be approved by SUPER73 and are subject to additional rerouting fees.
Storage Fees:
All bike orders are delivered by a 3rd party carrier. If you are not home at your scheduled time, miss your delivery window, or need to push back your delivery date after your bike has already shipped; additional charges will be applied before your bike can be delivered.
Parts, Merchandise, and Accessories:
Parts, merchandise, and accessory orders ship from our warehouse 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed via UPS Ground. Transit and delivery times will vary by destination.
3rd Party and Self-Shipping Prohibited:
Please be aware that 3rd party and self-shipping of any SUPER73 bike or battery is prohibited due to specific certifications that are required to ship our batteries. The information necessary for a 3rd party to ship our battery is proprietary and will not be provided if requested. We are not liable to accept returns for merchandise refused by a 3rd party shipper or international borders. We are not liable for any unresolved issues or parts for merchandise transported to regions we do not already ship to directly or have authorized dealers. It is the responsibility of the owner to source an e-bike specialist for repair or maintenance in an unsupported region.
