On this page you will find information about shipping to your country in Europe. We try to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days of placing your order, from Monday to Friday, excluding the holidays. Your telephone number and email address will be shared with our shipping company that might contact you to arrange the time of delivery. WHERE WE SHIP
Super73 Europe uses GEODIS* and UPS* to ship to the following countries in Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway (please contact and order from our distributor ICON/Revert), Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. For the United Kingdom we may also use other delivery services.
*GEODIS ships all models of bikes.
*UPS ships parts & accessories.
SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
Our bikes are shipped throughout Europe via a Geodis-operated central fulfilment location in Lille, France. From there, transit times vary per country. For all European countries transit times, see this PDF. For France and Netherlands, see below. Note: Add 24 hours for additional order processing and transit.

The UPS heat map below shows our estimated transit times from our warehouse in The Netherlands to your country. Please note that 1-2 business days need to be added for preparing the order in our warehouse. More info here.
SHIPPING COSTS PER COUNTRY
For accessories the shipping costs are €14 in the Netherlands and €19 in all other countries.
THIRD PARTY OR SELF-SHIPPING
3rd party or self-shipping of any SUPER73 motorbike or battery is prohibited due to specific certifications that are required to ship our batteries. The information necessary for a 3rd party to ship our battery is proprietary and will not be provided if requested. We are not liable to accept returns for merchandise refused by a 3rd party shipper or international borders. We are not liable for any unresolved issues or parts for merchandise transported to regions we do not already ship to directly or have authorised dealers. It is the responsibility of the owner to source an e-bike specialist for repair or maintenance in an unsupported region.

Please note that our shipping carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays (different per country). In the Netherlands, SUPER73 Europe orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on the following days:
