RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused bikes and accessories within 14 days of receipt.

We stand by the quality of our products and do not accept returns on used or opened items. Opened and used items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from the total refunded amount at the point of return.

Proof of unopened items will need to be verified with photos and submitted to customercare-eu@super73.com. A label will be provided when the return is approved. Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

We accept returns on accessories if the item is unopened and unused.

All returns must be approved. Both initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refunded amount. A label will be provided when the return is approved. Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected. 

3rd Party or Self-Shipping: 3rd party or self-shipping of any SUPER73 motorbike or battery is prohibited due to specific certifications that are required to ship our batteries The information necessary for a 3rd party to ship our battery is proprietary and will not be provided if requested. We are not liable to accept returns for merchandise refused by a 3rd party shipper or international borders.

Return your order in 4 steps

  1. Register your return by clicking here customercare-eu@super73.com.
    Please be sure to enter your order number in the message field so that we can refund your money to your account.
  2. When you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation that your return has been registered snd we’ll reply you return/shipping label and packing list. For returns from outside the EU, we will send further information about customs clearance.
  3. Pack your bike and any accessories you received securely in the box, stick the return label and packing list on the box.
  4. We will then refund your money as soon as we have received and processed your order.

    LABOR COST OF REPAIRS:

    Under Warranty we will repair or replace defective components and parts only. This Warranty does not cover the required labor cost of repairs from non-authorized parties and Super 73 reserves the right to withhold coverage of labor costs at its sole discretion.

    DISCLAIMER: THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SETS OUT THE FULL EXTENT OF SUPER 73’S RESPONSIBILITIES, AND THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY REGARDING THE PRODUCTS. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPER 73 BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ABOVE THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. SUPER 73 MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY, CAPABILITIES, OPERATIONS, PERFORMANCE OR SUITABILITY OF ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PRODUCT, OR THE ABILITY TO INTEGRATE ANY SUCH SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT WITH THE PRODUCT, WHETHER SUCH THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT IS INCLUDED WITH THE PRODUCT SOLD BY SUPER 73 OR OTHERWISE. SUPER 73 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ECONOMIC LOSSES BASED ON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR PRODUCT LIABILITY IN ALL STATES THAT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF LIMITATION OF DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND THOSE RIGHTS MAY VARY FROM PLACE TO PLACE. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, SHIPPING DAMAGE, UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE AND DAMAGE FROM MISUSE OR NEGLECT.

    No agent, employee, dealer, representative or reseller is authorized to modify or extend this Limited Warranty or to make binding representations or claims, whether in advertising, presentations or otherwise, on behalf of Super 73 regarding the Products or this Limited Warranty.

     

    FREIGHT DAMAGE POLICY

    If your product is shipped to you and arrives damaged, please contact us directly by email within 3 business days from the date of delivery and provide photos for verification. Please note that any damage caused by shipping is not covered by any warranty.
