18-08-2020 Update

We’re happy to say that production of the first batches of S2 and RX bikes have been completed - with the new generation motors - and are in the assembly phase in our factories. Right now, we’re working on logistics and making sure as many bikes can leave the port as possible.

While logistics may seem pretty simple, right now due to the global pandemic state, it’s getting a bit more complicated to manage. Shipping companies have lowered their amount of ships coming out of Taiwan to make sure all boats are traveling at full capacity during the pandemic. It raises prices for all of us manufacturers and also makes it harder to book our containers in specific time slots.

From now on, we will be updating this blog post on a bi-weekly basis, so please keep on checking here for updates.

PREVIOUS UPDATES

June 23 update

We’re having some delays in production due to COVID-19. Our supply chain is behind and unfortunately, there is not much we can do about it. We also noticed that in rare cases, the original motor was displaying behavior that we were not happy with. We immediately addressed it in production and decided to update the motor on the European bikes. We are sorry about this extra delay but feel strongly about this decision to make sure you have the absolute best experience with our new bikes in Europe.
