Area Sales Lead DACH - Amsterdam Based 

The Area sales manager DACH is responsible for all sales and business development for SUPER73 in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The position is based in our Amsterdam Head office and reporting to the Sales Lead EMEA. Its primary focus is to build the B2B business in the market by managing and opening accounts and sales agencies where necessary. Beyond the B2B focus, the position also advises on and executes stimulation of D2C sales and advises on activations supporting the brand and direct sales. It is a strategic position that needs to absorb and provide market information for the sales, marketing, and logistics departments and contribute to building strategy for the particular markets and channels. This position is tasked with: 

Building the market

  • Responsibility for sales activities within Germany, Austria & Switzerland
  • Supporting, managing, and building all Sales and account relationships in the DACH market, including the active acquisition of new customers to achieve sales and brand objectives.
  • Responsibility for achieving bottom-line sales and business development objectives in the target market. Sales revenue goals, margins, network development for sales, service, and brand positioning.     
  • Recruiting and managing sales agencies for specific regions and channels in cooperation with EU sales managers.
  • Identifying, planning, and managing Super73 brand experiences in the market. 

Planning and Strategy: 

  • Building and executing a strategic business development plan for the DACH territory in line with the Super73 objectives.
  • Generating, inputting, and following through fulfillment of all orders within the territory in cooperation with the sales support team
  • Planning and forecasting on a country, channel account, and product-level
  • Editing of market analyses and regular reports to the EMEA Sales manager and other departments.

Creating and maintaining demand:

  • This position is responsible for building structure to provide a seamless premium consumer experience for every Super73 customer throughout the product lifecycle by providing technical training and advice to store clients and educating them to comply with the Super73 technical service processes.
  • Organization and leading of events like product training and test events in cooperation with the events department. Both with retail partners or as direct DEMO/ BRAND events to drive D2C revenue. 
  • Being the interface between the Supersquad, our community of riders in the region, and the event team.
  • Identifying, planning, and executing marketing and brand activations on- and offline to increase brand awareness and direct sales through rapid ROI in the B2B and DTC channels.

Your skills

  • 5+ years of Sales and brand-building experience in the bike, tech or lifestyle industry, or related environment
  • Knowledge of the bike and lifestyle industry as well as a good network
  • Experience in building and managing key accounts and sales channels 
  • Motivation and passion for making a significant difference

E-Commerce Merchandiser - Amsterdam Based

The Digital Merchandiser is responsible for the day-to-day management, merchandising and revenue growth of eu.super73.com and its online channels with an emphasis on site productivity, sales growth and conversion. A primary focus of this role is the optimization of the online product merchandising strategy to ensure that the right product is in the right place and at the right time. 

Most of your time will be focused on executing projects, you must have the ability to work in a very fast-paced, deadline-orientated environment with a high accountability for creative standards. Other areas of focus will include managing a high volume of projects and workflow. If you have the experience for this position, are a self-starter and can work collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment then this is the right position for you. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Effectively merchandise products within the product category in an effort to influence conversion rate and sales, while balancing marketing initiatives and brand focus. 
  • Utilize all available data points, which include consumer demand, product inventory, product margin, shipping rates, etc. to drive profitability for the ecommerce channel. This will include up-selling, cross-selling, catalog structure management, and creation of product specific landing pages. 
  • Develop and oversee the online merchandising and related item strategies to drive sales, conversion rate and overall profitability for the SKUs and Categories. 
  • Utilize relevant reporting and analysis to communicate online business trends and SKU level performance. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify best practices and recommend action steps. 
  • Coordinate with Marketing to gain a full understanding of all content (email, social, display, search, digital integrations, etc.) potentially driving traffic back to our website. Merchandise landing pages in a manner that supports the various marketing initiatives while keeping profitability of the ecommerce channel top of mind.  
  • Drive vertical and horizontal revenue growth of product assortment.  
  • Develop strategic product plans that match SUPER73’s brand and product roadmap. 
  • Manage the full portfolio of products including SKU tracking, channel priorities, exclusives, inventory management oversight and EOL decisions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Relevant experience with B2C Ecommerce merchandising and marketing in Outdoor Hardgoods, Apparel/Footwear and Accessory product categories 
  • 3-5 years of increasing and varied experience in key merchandising and marketing 
  • Prior experience driving growth for business and managing category P&L 
  • Hands-on experience managing SKUs and Categories through various online channels partners especially Shopify Plus, Amazon, eBay 
  • Prior experience in managing, cross training and motivating the staff 

Your Skills: 

  • 3-5 years of Ecommerce consumer products selling / marketing
  • Relevant experience with B2C Ecommerce merchandising and marketing in Outdoor Hardgoods, Apparel/Footwear and Accessory product categories 
  • Prior experience driving growth for business and managing category P&L 
  • Hands-on experience managing SKUs and Categories through various online channels partners especially Shopify Plus, Amazon, eBay

Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Amsterdam)

SUPER73 is currently looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to support our growing Customer Care team. You will optimize the customer experience by providing engaging and resolution-minded conversations with all inbound customer inquiries. You will work cross-functionally with multiple teammates and departments to strengthen client loyalty, referrals, and retention. We’re set for continued explosive growth, and we’re looking for someone that can exhibit poise and calm amidst the storm.

About You
You are a customer service guru with sales qualities and a natural relationship-building ability. You have a demonstrated experience serving customers and have a solid understanding of the internal and external nuances to achieve successful conversations. You are self-motivated and passionate about helping others. You are interested in sinking your teeth into an environment where you can make an impact and empower others to create their own adventure.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ability to empathize with customers
  • Answer high volume phone calls, emails and other channels through which customers reach out to us.

Required Qualifications

    SUPER73 is currently looking for an energetic french-speaking technical support representative to support our growing customer support initiative. You will optimize the customer experience by providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting to existing riders through email and over the phone. The technical support representative works cross functionally with Workshop, Logistics and Customer Service to resolve any technical issue you face with a keen eye for detail, creativity and your analytics skills. We're set for continued explosive growth, and we're looking for someone that can exhibit poise and calm amidst the storm.

    About You
    A customer service guru with exceptional level of critical thinking and natural relationship-building ability. You have demonstrated experience in customer service and troubleshooting in order to achieve success. You are proactive, constantly able to motivate yourself and to continually grow with our business and generate customer loyalty.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Ability to empathize with French and English speaking customers while troubleshooting mechanical problems and provide stellar solutions.
    • Schedule and maintain fulfilment of multiple customer requests.
    • Apply poise and charisma through email and phone correspondence.
    • Maintain knowledge on model lineup, new accessory launches, and merchandise.
