On this page you will find information about shipping to your country in Europe.
For all the shipments we reserve 5-7 business days for preparing the order, plus additional time for delivery that varies depending on the country and type of product (please read below).
Your telephone number and email address will be shared with our shipping company that might contact you to arrange the time of delivery. Please reach out to the SUPER73 Europe customer service team if you have any questions, we’re happy to help.
1. WHERE WE SHIP:
SUPER73 ships to the following countries in Europe:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (excluding British Isles).
- UK shipments can take longer to arrive due to Brexit.
- We do not ship to Malta, the Canary Islands, Cyprus, Greece, Bulgaria, Iceland
- For shipments to Norway, please order with our official distributor - REVERT.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS PER COUNTRY:
- GEODIS - FOR SHIPPING BIKES
Our bikes are shipped throughout Europe via the fulfilment center, GEODIS, located in Lille, France.
- UPS - FOR SHIPPING PARTS, ACCESSORIES and OTHER
For all the other items (e.g parts, accessories, merchandise and other), we use UPS as a shipping company.

3. DELIVERY LEAD TIME PER COUNTRY:
Delivery lead time is calculated the following way: Preparation time of 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed + additional time for shipping (varies per country), see below.

Our shipping carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays (different per country). In the Netherlands, SUPER73 Europe orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on the following days:

4. THIRD PARTY OR SELF-SHIPPING
Third party or self-shipping of any SUPER73 motorbike or battery is prohibited due to specific certifications that are required to ship our batteries. The information necessary for a 3rd party to ship our battery is proprietary and will not be provided if requested. We are not liable to accept returns for merchandise refused by a 3rd party shipper or international borders. We are not liable for any unresolved issues or parts for merchandise transported to regions we do not already ship to directly or have authorised dealers. It is the responsibility of the owner to source an e-bike specialist for repair or maintenance in an unsupported region.
BFPO / PO Addresses
We cannot ship to BFPO or PO addresses.
